- Monday-Friday: Check-in 7 to 8 a.m., appointments begin at 7:20 a.m.

- If you are assigned to the SRU and need Internal Medicine support, ask about same day acute appointments. Contact your SRU chain of command for guidance.

Emergency Needs
- Dial 911, contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, or go to the nearest Emergency Department IMMEDIATELY.
Non-Emergency, Mental Health Concerns
- Walk-In Triage

Referral Needs
- For non-urgent specialty referrals, your Primary Care Manager (PCM) or Joint Medical Readiness Center (JMRC) will determine the appropriate resource.
Non-ADSM Beneficiaries
- A referral is NOT required for specialty outpatient mental health if enrolled with a TRICARE Prime network provider.
NOTE: Retiree and family members may not be eligible to see Military Family Life Counseling (MFLC) or Fleet & Family Services.
